You won’t want to miss to biggest French Fry and Music festival in Downtown Phoenix happening this weekend at Margaret T. Hance Park.
The 2nd Annual FRIED, French Fry & Music Festival will be bringing together some of the Valley’s best culinary talent to exhibit their versions of gourmet French fry dishes.
Attendees can expect everything from carne asada and pulled pork fries to kimchee, chorizo, lobster, and even Bolognese fries. Vendors will also feature dishes like Cali burritos with fries, French fry tacos, and even pizza fries.

Some of the 20-plus participants that took place in the 2019 FRIED Festival were restaurants and food trucks like Frites St., The American Poutine Co., the French Me truck, Chula Seafood, Hibachibot, Handlebar Diner, Los Compadres, Sr. Ozzy’s, Provecho, Dang Brother Pizza, and Trapp Haus BBQ.
FRIED will also feature a musical lineup of local indie-rock bands like Fairy Bones, Weird Radicals, and decker. Lawn games will be provided by AZ Board Souce, local breweries will offer craft beer and wine, and other food options like burgers, desserts, and more fried foods will also be available.
More musical and participating restaurants will be made on the Festival’s social media accounts.
According to the Festival’s press release, the event is being produced by PHX Fest, the creators of the Phoenix Pizza Festival. The event will also benefit Downtown Phoenix Inc., a community group that works to make Downtown Phoenix a vibrant, world-class city.
Tickets to the 2nd Annual FRIED, French Fry & Music Festival event are 12 dollars and can be found on the Eventbrite website. The event runs from 11 AM until 7 PM.
