Los Tigres del Norte began in the ’60s when several family members joined forces to form the ensemble in California. They soon became a favorite in the regional Mexican music scene, attracting fans of all ages.
With its unique blend of bolero, cumbia, and norteño music, the band’s fame spread beyond California, and its music began to reach international audiences.
From Family Band to Top Latin Music Stars
The band was initially started as a family band by Jorge Hernández with his brother and cousin. Since their debut, Los Tigres del Norte have enjoyed widespread acclaim thanks to hitting albums like Uniendo Fronteras, La Reina Del Sur, and Pacto De Sangre, among many others.
