Operator of Arizona’s Largest Dispensary Looks to Fill Wide Range of Retail & Administrative Positions

The Mint Dispensary – operator of Arizona’s largest medical marijuana dispensary, the first in the nation to open an on-site kitchen of its kind to prepare fresh, infused foods – islooking to hire dozens of people in the Valley to fill a variety of retail and administrative positions at its three different locations in Tempe, Mesa and north Phoenix.

Patient service representatives

Administrative employees

Accounting professionals

Graphic design professionals

Growers

Trimmers

Packaging employees

Front-end cooks

Pastry chefs

Medical marijuana dispensaries are classified as pharmacies in the state of Arizona. As such, they are deemed essential services and will not close due to COVID-19. The Mint is bolstering its team to meet patient demand and is growing and expanding its presence in the Valley.

The Mint team plans to conduct job interviews virtually. Its medical marijuana dispensaries have also taken extra precautions to increase the cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting of its locations; limit the number of people in the dispensariesat any one time; and allow for social distancing.
