Comedian Felipe Esparza will bring his Laughter Will Save Us Tour to the Showroom at Gila River Resorts & Casinos – Wild Horse Pass in Chandler this November 14. Known for his candid take on everyday life, Esparza built his national profile after winning NBC’s Last Comic Standing in 2010. He had spent years performing stand-up before the breakthrough, eventually turning his experiences, family life and cultural background into material that has connected with audiences across the country.
Esparza has since released several stand-up specials, including They’re Not Gonna Laugh at You, Translate This and the Netflix specials Bad Decisions and Malas Decisiones, which were filmed separately in English and Spanish. His television work has included recurring roles on Superstore, The Eric Andre Show and Gentefied, while he also hosts the long-running What’s Up Fool? podcast. His latest tour continues his focus on personal stories and observations, giving Phoenix-area audiences two opportunities to catch his stand-up at Wild Horse Pass in November.
