The Arizona Diamondbacks are expanding their reach to Spanish-speaking fans with a new partnership with Chavez Media, bringing Spanish-language radio broadcasts to more listeners beginning with the 2026 season. Through this collaboration, fans will be able to listen to every regular season game and select Spring Training matchups on La Campesina Radio, airing on KNAI 101.9 FM and 860 AM, as well as via streaming on Sí Se Puede Online Radio. Spanish broadcasts will also be available while watching games on DBACKS.TV, offering fans more flexibility than ever before.

The partnership reflects the organization’s continued commitment to Arizona’s diverse fan base. D-backs President, CEO & General Partner Derrick Hall emphasized the importance of expanding Spanish-language access, noting that Hispanic fans are an essential part of the Diamondbacks community. The broadcasts will feature a seasoned and respected on-air team led by Oscar Soria, one of the most recognized voices in Spanish-language baseball coverage.
Soria enters his 28th season as the Spanish play-by-play voice of the Diamondbacks and will once again be joined by longtime broadcast partner Rodrigo López, marking their 13th season together in the booth. López brings extensive experience as both a former player and broadcaster and currently serves as General Manager of Team Mexico. The broadcast team also includes Richard Saenz, a longtime leader in baseball and community coverage with more than two decades on D-backs Spanish radio, and Arturo Ochoa, who enters his 20th season with the organization and remains a staple in Arizona sports broadcasting.
The Spanish-language broadcasts will officially launch on Tuesday, March 3, with a World Baseball Classic exhibition matchup against Team Mexico, followed by exhibition games on March 23–24. Regular season coverage begins on Opening Day, Thursday, March 26, against the Los Angeles Dodgers, and will include on-site coverage of the Mexico City Series versus the San Diego Padres on April 25–26.
Additional details, including the full 2026 Spring Training and regular season broadcast schedules, will be announced at a later date.
