Go Back in Time with Cobra Arcade Bar

Are you looking for a place where you can enjoy your favorite childhood arcade games and enjoy some of the finest beers and cocktails in downtown Phoenix? Then Cobra Arcade Bar needs to be the place you check out this weekend. 

Established in 2016, Cobra Arcade bar offers a wide variety of vintage Arcade games such as Galaga, Super Mario Bros, Tekken, and NBA Jam that visitors can play. Patrons can grab a few coins and enjoy the over 40 rotating arcade machines located all around the bar. The decor inside and outside the establishment are mostly video game-inspired murals of popular characters made by local artists Lalo Cota, Noel Martinez, and others.
While at Cobra, you can also grab one of their rotating draft beers that feature local breweries. If mixed drinks are more your preference, the drink is menu offers some exciting options for your to try. The Bandita is a favorite drink among regulars that is made with tequila, ancho chiles, mango, and lime with a taste reminiscent of a Mangoneada. There is also the Krazy Kong, named after the popular Nintendo character, that is made with Jameson Whiskey, Lemon, banana, and ginger beer that offers a sweet and tangy taste.

Before Cobra Arcade Bar stepped into the 3rd street area in downtown it used to be a quiet and uneventful part of town. But now, with more and more people finding out about the bar, Cobra Arcade Bar has become a nightlife destination every day of the week. Each night there are local DJ’s the play everything from Latin music, hip hop, and EDM and often features former Suns DJ Chris Villa.
