Power of the Purse 2026 at Phoenix Zoo to Highlight Women’s Impact on the Economy

The Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is set to host the 15th Annual Power of the Purse on Thursday, March 5, 2026, inviting the community to the Phoenix Zoo for an evening dedicated to celebrating leadership, opportunity, and the growing influence of women in the economy.

Running from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., this year’s event centers on the theme “Women in the Economy,” highlighting both the achievements of women and the measurable impact they continue to have on business, innovation, and economic growth across the United States. The annual gathering has become one of the Chamber’s signature events, designed to inspire, connect, and empower professionals, entrepreneurs, and community leaders from across the Valley.

The evening will be emceed by Allison Rodriguez, journalist and anchor at 12News’ Today in AZ. Attendees will also hear from a lineup of featured speakers representing business, research, and higher education, including Millie Carrasquillo, Francisca Antman, and Mónica Villalobos, president and CEO of the Chamber. Together, they will share insights from their professional journeys along with practical advice for women pursuing leadership roles across industries.
