A new kind of social sports experience is coming to the Valley as Padeland prepares to open its doors in Spring 2026. Located in the heart of Chandler, this first-of-its-kind concept is redefining what it means to go out, stay active, and connect—all in one space.
Co-founded by Daniel Maldonado and Alejandro Serna, Padeland is designed as more than just a place to play. “Padeland is a social club designed to bring together sports, lifestyle, and community in one place,” Maldonado said. “We’re creating a premium yet accessible environment where people can play, train, enjoy great dining, and connect beyond the courts.”
Set to open at 1 W Chandler Blvd, the space will feature state-of-the-art padel and pickleball courts alongside a full lineup of lifestyle amenities, including a strength training area, wellness space with sauna and cold plunges, co-working areas, a restaurant and bar, on-site brewery, coffee bar, outdoor terrace, and pro shop.
The concept taps into the growing popularity of padel—a sport with deep roots in Latin countries like Mexico and Argentina—bringing a culturally rich and social experience to Arizona. For many in the Valley’s Latino community, Padeland represents a familiar yet elevated way to gather, play, and build connections.
“What sets Padeland apart is the overall experience,” Maldonado explains. “It’s not just about the sport—it’s about everything around it. It’s a place where you can play, relax, work remotely, and connect with others, all in one setting.”
Designed with community in mind, the space aims to be welcoming for everyone—from beginners trying padel for the first time to seasoned players. “Padel is a very beginner-friendly sport,” Maldonado says. “From the first visit, people can expect a fun, social, and low-pressure experience.”
